Applications of Stamping Processing

Stamping processing is widely used in various fields of the national economy due to its superior performance. For example, it is used in aerospace, aviation, military industry, machinery, agricultural machinery, electronics, information, railway, post and telecommunications, transportation, chemical industry, medical equipment, daily appliances, and light industry. Not only is the entire industry using it but also every individual is directly connected to stamped products. Large, medium, and small stamped parts are found on airplanes, trains, cars, and tractors. Components such as car bodies, frames and wheels of small cars are all made by stamping. According to relevant surveys and statistics, 80% of bicycle parts and sewing machine parts are stampings; 90% of TV sets, recorders, and cameras contain stampings; even food metal cans, steel precision boilers, enamel basins, and stainless steel tableware are all stamped products made with molds; even computer hardware cannot do without stampings.
