Stamping parts refers to the method of applying external force to the plate, strip, pipe, and profile through the press and mold so as to produce plastic deformation or separation and shape and process the workpiece (stamping parts) with the desired shape and size. Stamping and forging belong to plastic processing (or pressure processing), known as forging. The stamping billet is mainly hot- and cold-rolled steel plate and steel strip.

1.Before pulling the stamping mold, confirm that the material belt support plate at the feed inlet of the mold is loosened and removed.

2.When the mold does not move, a person can pull out, and a person can push back. Alternatively, after the screw hole in the lower holder is wrapped with the mold screw, the hands can lift it a little at the same time and pull it out.

3.When the mold is pulled from the punch, the mold car shall not rotate too fast to prevent the guide plate or material support plate from hanging on the sound insulation cover of the punch, thus damaging the mold parts or the mold sliding.

4.If the mold drop is abnormal, the point-moving operation is not allowed, especially after the mold height stops and the column is filled with plastic.

5.After reducing the mold, turn off the pressurized water and other power supplies to avoid wasting resources.

6.When the mold stops normally, move the mold slowly until the guide pin enters the belt round hole. It is strictly prohibited to stop the mold at the dead point, so it is easy to reduce the service life of the spring in the mold.
